As a former teacher who is passionate about helping people, education remains a backbone of my business in the Denver real estate industry. Teaching my clients about Denver real estate, including providing them with insight into market conditions, neighborhoods, current trends, future projections, how to win in the competitive Denver real estate market, and the ins and outs of the transactional process helps them make informed decisions in their best interests. My favorite part of the job is seeing excited clients at the closing table.
I've been selling Denver real estate since 2017, and I was excited to join the Stairway Team in April 2021 as a means to better serve my clients. The Stairway Team environment has exceeded my expectations and the collaboration we employ at The Stairway Team is a differentiator for our clients in the competitive Denver real estate market. I have grown and continue to grow immeasurably and I love working with my teammates at the Stairway Team.
As a Cincinnati transplant and a lover of the mountains, sunshine and great food, I fully comprehend why the Denver real estate market is so hot. Who wouldn't want to live here?! This is an awesome place to live and partnering with Chad and the Stairway Team has opened my eyes to even more "hidden gems" around the city that make it special. I'm proud to call Denver home.
When I'm not selling Denver real estate with the Stairway Team, you can often find me supporting my favorite sports teams, on adventures in the mountains, or enjoying the great local parks in Denver. I love any time spent outdoors in the Colorado sunshine with my wife, Kelsey, my son, Kenyon and our energetic dog, Bea. The love, joy and laughter I get from spending time with them energizes me better than a great cup of coffee, which I also enjoy.
