Soon after my husband and I arrived in Colorado as fresh college graduates, we ventured into a beautiful open house being shown by Chad. We joked about buying the house, knowing it was not realistic at the time. My mom was with us that day and loved Chad so she got his contact information “just in case”. A few months later, we decided to reach out to Chad just so we’d know for the future what we would need to do to buy.
